That's hard to say. You need to find a country which attempted to conquer its continent, and dehumanize and exterminate an entire segment of its population. I think the Soviet Union has come closest to the former, and Rwanda has come closest to the latter. But I can't think of a country which has tried both.

I see some of the Bush-haters have already listed the US, I'm surprised none of the anti-Jewish trolls have listed Israel yet.

To Ashley: You made a fair point in bringing up the Japanese in America, but the question was which country *followed* in Nazi Germany's footsteps. We persecuted Asian-Americans at the same time the Nazis destroyed European Jews.

Nazi Germany, officially called the German Reich (Deutsches Reich), and later the Greater German Reich (Großdeutsches Reich), refers to Germany in the years 1933 to 1945, when it was governed by the Nazi Party (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, NSDAP), with Führer Adolf Hitler as chancellor and, from 1934, head of state.

Nazi Germany was nothing compared to the era of the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union committed far more attrocities against people than the Nazis ever did. The Nazis killed 15 million innocent people because they were jewish, gypsy, homosexual, etc, nothing compared to tens of millions of people who were persecuted in 75 years of the Soviet Union, just for the simple fact they were poor or they had spoken out against the Kremlin.

Sadly America is following in it's footsteps. At first Hitler was seen as a fool. Just like today's politically correct. Pretty soon Germans couldn't do any or say anything against the Nazis.

Just like in America-here you are called unpatriotic if you don't believe ultranationalistic anti-Constitutional rubbish.

In Nazi Germany they had a slogan of "children come first." We have that slogan. German nazis took male children for the Hitler Youth. Our false domestic arguements & anti-family send police at 3am to drag away American fathers out of the house. EVEN if they did nothing wrong!!!!

In Nazi Germany, children informed on their fathers. In Hermerica***children inform at school on their divorced fathers (counselors ask them questions.)

Most German citizens were not members of the Nazi party. Most America citizens are not members of the Politically Correct.

Jewish were the Untermensch in Nazi Germany.
Males in America are the Untermensch.

Crystal Nacht in Hermerica was 12/05 when Christmas was taken away/not celebrated. Americans are scared of each other; who will inform on them?

In America you need the right papers...just like in Germany. We have DWUI stops; lots of Citizens get harrassed for a light that doesn't work. All the while our "papers" are run thru the police computers...

Yes Nazis are Nationalism run rampant. Just like whenever an "American" says take this country the way it is or leave this country." That is a Nazi slogan...we are being Nazified but are too dumb to know it.

Meanwhile the King George types are all too happy to take away rights, jobs & healthcare.
Bam! Nazification via both the top Democruds & top Republicants.

German boys were introduced to military games. American boys play military video games & amongst our PC culture, military guns & toys flourish.

In Nazi Germany the men believed they has superior Aryan blood. In Hermerica, women believe they have superior brains. Rabbis in Hermerica have called Jewish women "superwomen."

In Nazi Germany if you said anything against the govt, the Gestapo might drag you away. Here the Herstopo fire you from your job & you lose your pension for saying "women are dumb."

Nazi Germany has the SA & the SS. We have marching gays, disabled & feminists + "Homeland Security."

Nazi Germany has Goebbels who was anti-Jewish. We have Hollyweird & TV-which is anti-male (Untermensch.)

In Nazi Germany you couldn't talk about your country not being on the right track. In Hermerica today you can't talk about your country not being on the right track-it's unpatriotic.

Nazi Germany initially invaded the Sudatenland & Czekoslavakia ostensibly to protect Germans.
We have invaded Afghanistan & Iraq ostensibly to protect Israel.

Hitler used the burning of the Reichstag? as an excuse for war. We used the WTC...

Nazi Germany had the Final Solution for Jews.
Hermerica has the Final Solution for Gentiles-
outsourcing of jobs, no health insurance, anti-family laws like false domestic argueing etc.

In both cases, Nazi Germany & Nazi Hermerca,
Citizens felt powerless to stop their govts. In either case, "traitors" were dealt with by being interned in asylums for the mentally insane. Hermerica has different labels-bi-polar, adhd, etc.

In Nazi Germany if you talked out against Aryan Superiority, you were a "traitor." In Hermerica today, if you talk out against any Jewish, you are called anti-semitic.

In both Nazi Germany & Nazifying America, innocent Jewish are used as scapegoats/targeted because of jealousy, being hard working, etc.

Hermerica***for her
