13 is too young to have a full face full of makeup but you can wear a little. Tinted lip gloss is fine and maybe a little pressed powder if you have an uneven skin tone. I am 25 and have been wearing makeup since I was about 13. But I started with very little like I said and worked my way up to more. I think young girls have such a lovely natural beauty and don't need makeup like older women might. I especially think teens shouldn't wear eye makeup. I think they often apply it too heavily and it looks clumpy and makes their faces look "hard" and old before their time.

No, not at all, just don't overdo it. I wore makeup when I was 13. The idea is to enhance your natural beauty with makeup, not to look like you're wearing a ton of it. A little bit of eyeliner and/or mascara and some lip gloss goes a long way.

of course not! I started when I was ten. I mean, the curling iron and dying hair, eyebrow stuff mite b 2 much but make up is fine, as long as it dosnt look too over dramatic for your age. Light makeup is suggested until 15 or so. Hope this helps!
P.S. cheap brands is a total no no 4 skin! it will make you break out!

I think yes,it is!
Too young just to put a little bit of mascara on your eyes!
What are you going to do when you're 30,if you start wearing make up at 13?

I started wearing makeup at 13, with the restriction that if my mother ever thougtht it was too heavy I would have to take it off. I'm fine with make-up at 13, though I thought it was mostly a hassle myself. Mostly I had fun with eye shadow and lip gloss.

no most people my age at school wear it! i'm 13! just make it look natural i wear some blush, eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner (top lid only),& lip gloss. just use natural colors. and dont put too much lip gloss on, use a color thats almost the same color as ur lips and kind of pat it with a paper towel. so theres not too much on just to make your lips look soft and shiny. i use 3 purples/ or 3 browns for eye shadow a really light one, medium and dark. a good way to put eye shadow on it too put the lightest color on then the medium around it then the darkest color right above your eyelashes. then i put a thin layer of eyeliner on right below your top lid, some mascara then a really light blush!

It depends on how much. when i was 12, i was wearing eyeshadow and clear mascara and some lipgloss. Not a lot of it though. I think i started wearing a full face of make-up about 1 month before i was 14. good luck finding your shades.

It depends, whenever you believe you are ready, you are ready. I started wearing make-up a week before my 14th birthday. But it was only to help with redness and pimples. I never go without it now. If you are ready to become responsible then you are ready. If not, wait a little longer, don't try to grow up too fast! Life is already too short.

Yes. Atleast wait until your 15, I didn't start wearing any make up until i was 17. Although i was allowed to. What's the point? A boy should like you for you, if that's what your doing it for.

No, I started wearing make up around the age of 11 or so. It sort of depends on your parents though. They decide what's appropriate for you and what's not. But I say it's fine.
