holloween is for evil. should i teach them to hate it by scareing the little devils to death

It's HALLOWEEN not HOLLOWEEN
Halloween is for evil? HALLOWEEN IS EVIL!? What the heck is wrong with you? Halloween is a very special thing (in my opinion) and if you don't like it, hey, it's you loss and if you scare the kids make sure you give them candy afterwards just don't scare them because you enjoy seeing their reactions!
Oh and if you do scare them they won't hate it because the whole purpose on Halloween is to go out and get scared!

Absolutely! Scare the bejeebers out of the ghosts and goblins!! My husband rigged up a cool deal one year when I was Pippy Longstocking (our son was about 9 or so), and when a group would get just to the top of the drive under the carport Pippy would "fly" down and greet them....half of the grownups ran screaming down the drive!! We had a blast that year!!

Man you should scare hell out of them little guys! Just put like the living fear into every one of em! Hide in the bushes next to your front door and be all bloody and stuff and just jump out and scream and shriek as loud as you can! Give those kids a memory that will live with them forever! yeassss!

Yes! You should! I always ALWAYS hoped that someone would just scare me to death! It made going to the door of a house seem like a life and death situation. It makes it more enjoyable!

NO!!!!!!! how would you like it if you did that you have your opinions, here is what you can do is leave the house and go somewhere that night or stay in your basement all night and leave the lights off on your main floor until trick or treat is over! and do not decorate! this will get kids not to come to your house so please do not scare them! just do somethin else, or just answer the door and give out candy so yea!

I have a cctv camera at my door and i wait until they are just reaching to ring the door bell, open up the door very quickly and jump out shouting BOO!! It makes them jump,lol
