No, you CAN'T replace an integrated video card. It's embedded and in league with the northbridge chip (the traffic processor) of your motherboard... well, unless you replace the whole motherboard.
Now about adding a GeForce card, you should check if your motherboard provides a graphics upgrade slot, either AGP or PCI-E slot. If you have either one, you can buy which one suitable for your particular motherboard. This will be much easier if you explain what kind of computer and what brand or type of your motheboard. Usually when you plug in the new card, the integrated one is automatically disabled. If not, you can disable it from the BIOS setup.

You have to find out how to disable the video card portion of the mother board. More then likely no instructions came with any of the paperwork that came with the computer. Try contacting the computer manufacturer. After you do that just install the new card but make sure the new card is right for the slots in your computer.

If you have a AGP or PCI-E slot you can buy an non integrated video card witch should work much better then any integrated.

But changing integrated graphics would be very expensive and would probably require you to send the motherboard to some specialist. I have worked as a computer tech and have never heard of this so I do not even think it is possible.

Yes, but disable or delete the SIS drivers before installing the new card and drivers.
