I have a tilt steering column at it is very loose. Took steering wheel off but didn't want to go any further without help. But put back on to go to work use turn signal horn goes off (real fun).
1. How do I tighten the steering
2. By tightening the steering will that help my horn problem
Oh yea when I turn the steering the stereo shuts off.
please help Thanx

dont do it unless you know what your doing. you have to dig in deep to tighten the knuckle bolts. and no tightning the steering column wont fix the horn but putting it back together correctly will. it usually costs about 100 bucks.

89 cherokee's had problems with the CPS (Crankshaft place Sensor) that's located on the drivers component on the very back component of the block. This sends a sign to the pc whilst to fireside. that's a soreness to alter, and now and back merely disconnecting and reconnecting it works.
