No they are not related.

The only way they would be related is if its her immediate cousins.

Mom's sister Mom's brother kids
Dad's sister dad's brother kids.

Not at all. She dated her cousins wife's brother. Which would be no relation to herself. So, whats the big deal?

simplest answer... NO

Especially if the cousin and his wife weren't even married at the time...
Cousin is usually a term meaning someone related to you by ties of blood, one or two times removed, (ie, parent's siblings or their grandparent's siblings)
This brother is an "in-law" through marriage... not blood related...

no, she didn't even date her cousin in law. She dated her cousin in law's brother. Unless she lives in Arkansas, then she dated her own brother because her cousin's wife would have been her sister making her sister's brother her brother also.

I don't know...who else did she date besides her cousin's wife's brother? Are you her cousin?

Maybe it's that your parents were cousins, and you're confused.

Sorry. . you will have to find something else to tease her about. The brother of her couin's wife is not related to her in any way. Not by blood or even an inlaw.

I have no direct cousins nor do I have indirect ones. This is too complicated.
