The only time this would come into play, is if you are hoping to sell to a fan. What happens if they sell and move? Your price should be based on comps from the area on similar homes, not on who lives where.

The fact that they live down the street could be a valuable selling point if a buyer knows who they are and values their presence in the neighborhood.

Talk to your realtor. People will only look for fair market value regardless of who is next door. No one...not even rich people want to be gouged. Get what you can get. Start with the highest and if their are no takes you will have to inevitably lower. Good luck!

Price your house according to the market, not to who lives down the street. Any perk of living next to a celebrity is taken away by tourists/fans driving by.
