It would help if you could elaborate a bit.
How do you pass who, what info, what kind of help, etc?
People need to understand that you must DESCTIBE what your question really is! Some just leave statements, not-really a question, some people leave partial questions, such as yours, in which a person can't answer something that doesn't make sense to begin with and some people just plain waste our time with nonsense.
