I had that, too. I could've sworn they left something in me, like a stitch or a staple or some kind of instrument in me. It wasn't debilitating pain, but annoying. Mine was on the right side. After a few months, it eventually went away.
Just remember, you've had major surgery, and it'll take time for everything inside you to get squared away.

I experienced something similar to that. It lasted probably about 6 months after each of my c-sections.
It bothered me most if I coughed or sneezed, but sometimes just happened out of the blue. It's been 8 years since my last c-section and it hasn't bothered me for a very long time. I think it's because it takes longer for the internal incision to heal because the slightest movement can aggravate it.

I wonder if you could have some sort of a hernia along the incision. Be sure to go to the Dr. because you could get in alot of trouble if that is the case and part of your bowel sticks out there and gets clamped off kind of.

I had a c-section and later felt some pains like what you're talking about. It took a few months but they did eventually go away. They're cutting through major muscle when they do c-sections and sometimes it just takes your body a while to completely heal and go back to normal.

I had a c section, and I'm sure that I wasn't feeling any pain from the incision 3 months later -- definitely see your doctor.
And yes, that would suck!
