I have 12 years experience in childcare but I am not yet licensed but I am in the process of getting my license. I have people already asking for my help now.

I pay $2.50 and hour during the school year and $75 a week during the summer because the weekly rate is cheaper for me in the summer.(9 hour day) They charge $3.00 and hour or $80 a week for all kids under 3. Also I pay this whether my child is there or not. We have to fill out a contract for how many hours our children will be there. You could use the same rate since your not licensed yet for and 11 hour day and raise your rate when you get your license.

My baby starts daycare at a licensed daycare next week.
In Canada I'll be paying $28/day (10 hrs) until she's 18 months and then $21/day after 18 months.
For a full-time spot I pay for 5 days a week whether my baby's there or not.
I have to provide diapers, wipes, diaper cream etc. While she's still eating baby food I have to provide meals, once she's eating grown-up food it will be provided at the daycare.

call around to the local day care's, and get prices. they offer "discounts" for 2 or more kids....
just remember "day cares" have several people for each class, and several "shifts"...don't cut yourself short!
i used to keep a little boy 5 hours a day 2 to 3 days a week for $50. i did have the freedom to "go" when, and where i wanted...

well the last time i checked into that kind of stuff the going rate for one child is anywhere from $2.00 hour to $3.50 an hour. Now the state of michigan will only pay about 1.85 an hour for someone to watch your child.

well be careful that you don't og against any laws, but I charge 2.50 for diaper babys and 2.00 for ones that are potty trained an hour. good luck and have fun.

11 hrs wow... well thats alot trust me i gotta say at least $50 per day girl.... 11 hrs is alot if you think about it and your very experienced
