I work a lot of hours and don't have time for much TV I have digital cable and a DVR, so I can record most shows as long as it's not HBO, Showtime or something.
Current shows I like include Boston Legal, CSI and Nip/Tuck.
I promise to watch at least 1 full episode of any suggestions that aren't just plain stupid.

You should definitely start watching NCIS and The Unit. Those are awesome shows. They are both on CBS. The Unit is right after NCIS on Tuesdays. Let me know what you think of them.
