So many things can cause numbness even worry or stress, which can also make you hyperventilate. If this happens you would feel numbness and if untreated you would feel like passing out especially if you were freaking out about the numbness. Anyway, you need to increase your carbon dioxide level, to increase your carbon dioxide, you need to take in less oxygen. To accomplish this, you can breathe through pursed lips (as if you are blowing out a candle) or you can cover your mouth and one nostril, breathing through the other nostril, or breath into a paper sack.
However, if you feel this is wrong, and the numbness continues you should see a doctor. Keep it real. Good luck.

sounds like you have had a minor heart episode which may be nothign or it may be a warning of bigger things to come. I would definitely suggest seeing yoru doctor and probably getting a referral to a cardiac specialist to find out. Oh, and th esooner the better since the big one could happen sooner than later and you might not live to regret procrastination.

I think you should go to the closest emergency room. I'm no Dr. but that sounds like heart attack symptoms. I might even call an ambulance. But don't wait, and don't drive yourself get someone else if you don't choose to call an ambulance

You should be scared. But have your wits about you.....those could be signs of a heart attack. If I were you, I'd have someone drive you to the hospital ER and check you out.

I dont know your age or your medical history, but those can be symptoms of a heart attack or a stroke. I would find a hospital ASAP.

HOSPITAL
ER now!!!!!!... & have someone drive you.
If it is nothing then ok, but you might want to play on the side of caution, Dont like the sounds of the three combined , numbness, losing consciencness, and irregular heartbeat.
GO!
