Normally the awards for each league are announced one day apart about 10 days after the end of the world series.

WRONG denverfan.........the MVP awards have NOT yet been announced.....as another poster has now indicated the announcement for those awards will come in about 3 weeks.
what you probably heard was the "hank aaron" award, which was won by ryan howard in the NL and by derek jeter, not david ortiz in the AL.

precise 3 in each and each league: AL: a million) Derek Jeter - Media renowned, lifetime award, all around numbers, team gained the main video games in widely used season of their league. 2) Johan Santana - lighting fixtures fixtures out pitcher, ace of the staff, did no longer lose a sport in widely used season at residing house, large 2d 0.5 record, dominant strikeouts. 3) Justin Morneau - large capability huge style, lead twins to 50-19 run after June. Wildcard: Frank Thomas - Powered A's into playoffs, team could have been under 500 with out him. NL: a million) Albert Pujols - ideal average numbers, ideal numbers given style of at bats and being out a month, team made the playoffs (merely gained the WS - whether balloting is for the widely used season in easy terms). 2) Ryan Howard - Its no longer undemanding to no longer provide him the MVP together with his fifty 8 HRS and 149 RBIs, yet with Utley on his team to boot and his team no longer making the playoffs, i myself believe Pujols will component him by potential of a few votes. 3) Carlos Beltran - Lead the Mets lineup who gained 97 video games with large average numbers, yet too many different stable hitters in that lineup. Wildcard: Lance Berkman - large average numbers, in easy terms actual offensive weapon on team that virtually made the playoffs.
