In Australia, South Australia is GMT +9.5 (or +10.5 for summer time). When I went through there, Eucla claimed to be on GMT +8.75, but I don't think that was oifficial, just a gimmick for the tourists making the drive.

When you change the Latitude and the Longitute or over the equator line the time changes.
