I don't think it is anything to be concerned about. On my right foot my 4th toe is significantly shorter than the 3rd. Simply put, it just is. Since I was the last of eight children, I decided that I was short changed in the toe department :) I often use it as a conversation piece. Works for me. As long as she is happy and healthy, what else matters?
