No. It may appear that way because now we're more vocal about our feelings. For hundreds of years we were whipped, killed raped and slaughtered for speaking out of turn...and now that those days are over and we are able to speak up for ourselves...some, not all, are still hurting from what we've learned about our ancestry and alot of times the hurt and bitterness can be misconstrued for racism

I being a black person toatlly diagree. If anything a white person is more racist. A white person is quick to say n*****. That's what the white men have been calling black people since we were slaves. I also have to say that most of my friends are black and they aren't racist toward white people. And I have white friends that aren't racist towards black people. I also think it doesn't matter what race you are you can be racist. You could be white, black, spanish, indian, pakistan, whatever you can still be racist. Know does this answer your question?

No Way. i don't think any race is racist theres just certain individuals in each race that are racist. yes! SOME blacks can be prejudice,but we have over 200 years of reason to be that way. I live in georgia i have come in contact with racist. with that said i have just as many black friends as i do white. My Best friend is white! Hell!!!!!!!!! I have black,white and Indian blood in me.

No way! Blacks are just more inclined to express it because of the history of whites being so racist. It is sort of like a fair game sort of thing. Whites were so cruel so blacks get to get back in a way. Although blacks will never get back after all of the horrors commited by the whites, but now it is acceptable for blacks to make raicst slurs. Whites however, are certainly more racist than blacks, but they hide it. It is not socially acceptable anymore for whites to be openly racist. Accept the KKK and skinheads. But whites certainly are racist. I've gotten my fair share of racist whites saying racist things to me. Also, my boyfriends have mostly been white, and they always tell me how behind closed doors, whites think they are better than blacks and make racial comments. True true true, whether you guys like to admit it or not.

Not really. I'm white and just about all the people I consider good friends are black. My partner is black as well. And black people don't have hate organizations like the KKK and the Aryan Nation.

I think you would be more near correct if you dropped the word "slightly". That would be true in the East USA. From Maine to Florida. I don't know much about the Western USA.

Prejudice maybe, not racist. Racist implies that blacks have some power to control. And most blacks do not have the power to control most situations. Where being prejudice is not liking and being against.

Masses of people are NOT racist...
You can't say that all black people or all white people are racist.
Only individual people are racist.

Some of them are but not all...Same with the white race, and the mexicans..all races have their racist..
