I suggest you go to a dance studio and ask a professional instructor to do it for you. You can tell them what are the dances you want to incorporate, what are the dancer's experiences, how long do you want it to be, how many male/female dancers do you have and so on. There are no ready-made choregraphies that I can recommend, especially since I don't know who many people are participating and what is the level of dancing and what are the expectations.

In my experince, amateurs have too much of a frustrating time when they try to put a dance choreography together. They spend too much time figuring it all out, and in the end none of them are happy with the result.
