Hey i guess you would need this program: http://www.yamipod.com/main/modules/home/

if that doesnt work plug your ipod into your PC, go to my computer and find where your ipod is listed as a drive, enter it and go to Tools>folder options on your tool bar of my computer. then go to View and under the hidden folders/file category make sure u have it listed as show hidden files/folders. after this you will need to go into the Ipod control folder and into music. there you would be greeted by a bunch of folders. copy those into a folder on ur harddrive and then drag the folders into itunes. that should work. if you need any help jus message me.

iTunes does not let you import your songs on your ipod into another computer. Try Limewire. But I've heard both pros and cons about this program. Some people said that Limewire works like a beauty, while others say it freezes up their computer....

All you need is a USB cable from your PC to your Ipod. This should have came with your Ipod. simply connect it and it should transfer automatically.
