Aluminum conducts heat faster than copper, so if both are left in the sun, the copper will stay cooler longer.
When they are removed from the sunlight, the aluminum will become cooler first.

aluminum will stay cooler it dissipater heat faster copper on the other hand holds the heat also if you are talking about in the sunlight aluminums silver color will reflect the suns radiation while copper is darker and will absorb it getting hotter while aluminum is hardly affected

aluminum will stay cooler longer conducts only almost half as much heat at a given temperature than copper yet it also it loses heat quickly. copper is a great conductor of heat so it will heat up faster and also it holds that energy much longer.

Copper is a better conductor of both heat and electricity so it will get hotter faster at least until it oxidizes and turns green
