Go to the coroners office in the county where you live and get the report. it will probably cost you a few dollars but everyone that is performed has a file and the report is there.

The only exception is that if you are not family, they may not get you a copy. Some places you have to be the next of kin in order to get the full report, or a law enforcement officer investigating a possible crime.
