If my blood's cholesterol levels are normal does it mean I don't have to worry about having blood clots in my veins and arteries?
PS I eat meat 3 times a day.

Blood clots are not directly related to your cholesterol levels. Risk factors for developing blood clots include: certain enzyme deficiencies (like Factor V leiden deficiency), prolonged immobilization (like after surgery, or a very long car ride), dehydration, cancer, and certain medications like birth control pills.
Maintaining good cholesterol levels is important. High cholesterol puts you at risk for strokes, heart attacks, and peripheral vascular disease.

Cholesterol deposits in arterial walls, narrowing them and altering them such that they do finally have so much inflammation that a clot can form. After cholesterol itself, the two biggest risk factors are smoking and uncontrolled diabetes. These accelerate the deposition of cholesterol. If you have a personal or family history of blood clots, heart disease, or peripheral vascular disease, talk to a doctor sooner than later.

No. Blood clots can cause stroke in your brain that has nothing to do with cholesterol.

It means that you are not genetically disposed to high cholesterol levels or that you are eating the correct low fat foods. Continue to do so.

Mine are high and I don't worry, why should you. What was it that you wanted to die of anyway? Old age can be the worst, at least we'll be able to say we ate well!
