Consider purple with gold accents. Maybe a dark yellow. Keep the long dark hair, don't put it up.

Your coloring is a "winter".....think of gem stones...as colors you can wear. Royal Blue, Emerald Green, Purple, Turquoise, Deep Red...White (not off white), Deep Brown, Black, , Keep away from Orangery colors,....yellows....beige.

Depends if is at day time light color if is at nigth ofcourse black... You can't never be wrong with a black dress...Afternoon some pink with black...Early day wow that will be a pink I guess or light blue not baby blue Good luck!!!

I suggest white. A nice clean white, that will look great.
I also know a girl of the same description who wore a yellow headband in her black hair and vibrant yellow top. It looked great, surprisingly great.
