There are tons of examples of this.
Like the Catholic/Protestant fights in Ireland/Northern Ireland.
Growing Islamic fundamentalism added to the nationalism in Chechnya.
The breakup of the former Yugoslavia with all the ethnic cleansing was a great example.
Several African and Middle Eastern Countries with Islamic Nationalism.
The Taliban in Afghanistan (although that tended to be very secular too).
Definitely the religious nationalism ruling in Iran right now.
Some Indonesian countries.
Definitely Israel. And Palestine (though not technically a country).
Probably several others.

If you're looking outside Christianity, this is easy. Israel is a Jewish state. Iran, Syria, Indonesia and Saudia Arabia all have powerful Islamic influences (either politically or socially). Even the post-Taliban Afghanistan government has passed laws making converting from Islam to any other religion a crime unishable by death.
