i wanna know if u can really buy stuff and will your stuff be in good condition and can u pay wit cash.

It works, yeah, but you can't pay with cash. The closest to cash is paying with a check, but it depends if the seller of the item you want to buy will accept that. It will say if they do on the item listing, near the bottom.

yea ebay does work but it's an auction site so you might not get what you want. you could pay in cash but it's up to the person that put that certain item online. but it's safer, quicker, and easier to just use paypal so you can transfer the money from your credit card account to that person's.

you can pay with cash, but i wouldn't suggest it. people can take your money and say they never got it. it's a good way to get ripped off. i use paypal on eBay and i have never had a problem. all your transactions are insured, so if they try to rip you off you get your money back.

yes, if you can be a little careful of any scammers.
Some let you pay by cash.
