what are some simple things you do that have a positive effect on your health and wellbeing

im looking for simple things that make life better
tangible things like taking a multivitamin every day or regular hand washing to prevent illness

These're some simple things I do for my health:
1. Go out for fast walking or slow jogging every evening,
2. Have good sleep at night (I have a nap in the afternoon),
3. Avoid food with high cholesterol.

Basis things like:

get a good nights sleep every night.

eat your fruit and vegs.

don't smoke or do drugs

drink 8 glasses of water a day

exercise 30 minutes a day

there are website that tell you all of this.
