Yes - there was a fourth and fifth movie - part four was "The Prophecy: Uprising," and "The Prophecy: Forsaken," both of which continue the storyline to new heights of horror and belief.

As you can see, Prophecy 3 was the last in the trilogy. There were more in the original 1913 version (the original) however.

As for The Prophecy Uprising and Foresaken, they were made back to back and are basically one story. Just told in two parts. One of the things I like about the post Christopher Walkin Prophecy movies is that they are not a replica of every other Stephen King inspired "Devil in our back yard" movies.
