Daylight Savings Time officially ends at 2:00 in the morning local time, at which time, the time changes back to 1:00am. Someone I spoke with today asked an interesting question--which was what happens in an official log that needs to record events that happend in BOTH of the 1:00 hours Sunday morning. I'd suppose they'd be differentiated with (CDT and CST -- Central Daylight Time and Central Standard Time, since I'm in the Central Time Zone), but I don't know.
