I have lost track of my period allthough it seems a long time since the last, ive been having period cramps (but no period) and pains in my boobs. I have on and off felt nauseas, but when i done a home pregnancy test it said negative...

It seems unlikely.. From what I understand (it's been a LONG time since Human Development class) the reason women have periods is to clean the lining of the uterus to provide the best possible 'home' to a fetus.. If you are pregnant, that lining would be in use, so if you were to have a period, it would have to be quite light,, Still, if you think you're pregnant, it's a quick test either at the doctor's office or from the drugstore..

You could just be stressed out about your period and because of that you are not having it. I would wait like a week and try again with the test. If it still says negative, go to the doctor. You could have a more serious problem.

If you have pregnancy symptoms, no period and you've had sex yes you can be pregnant. If you have a negative urine test you need to get to the Dr and have a check up and a blood draw. A slow rise hCG is a major symptom of ectopic (or tubal) pregnancy which is dangerous.
