Hmmm, I thought the school dropouts was among men but now I think about it ... you are right!
Most women need to start putting themselves first in their own lives instead thinking about others. Most of the time, if a woman (men too!) drops out of school, its not her decision entirely ... they spend time focusing on others lives. Untimately, she determines her future ... those with a strong will can find their way and those with who are timid (like myself :) ) need some guidance along the way.
Its all about balance along with trial and error -- ultimately, it should really come down to whats best for her future.

i'm fortunate I won't have that concern with my daughter as she needs to be a vet and is acquainted with how significant that's that she maintains to be on at college and gets the outcomes she needs to get into college. She additionally has a hundred% backing from the family in this quest. help out of your mum / dad etc. are necessary. the government will pay as much as 30.00 each and every week to infants who proceed to exist at college after their 4th 12 months. it rather is an incentive in its self. Many scholars nevertheless are leaving college / uni with extensive debts around their necks and assorted have no prospect of having jobs while they go away uni or college. we are fortunate adequate in Scotland as our college scholars do not might desire to pay expenses. companies additionally might desire to help via offering scholars places as quickly as they have achieved there practise. My business enterprise has a Graduate scheme the place graduates are available in for 2 or 3 years placements and if the do nicely they are commonly offered finished time jobs. there is likewise the case that no rely how nicely women do at college or college they're going to consistently be ignored via bosses in favour of boys. So the main important incentives may well be the ultimate of the gender hollow / pay hollow / mothers and fathers tension / peer tension (by way of fact their pals go away college, in addition they desire to) / redress the subject concerns of pupil debt.

They get to look forward to Low Paying Jobs.
Their may be no man in the future, they just may have to GET A JOB, at LOW PAY!
They will always live in an apartment, never a house or condo.
You look and sound stupid socially if mingling with the rich people.

I found by talking, supporting and understanding them without complaining/pressurising them all the time. They all go through difficult times. My daughter did not do too bad a degree at Bristol and now at Oxford. Talking and being interested in what they are doing I think is the key. Good luck.
