Yes, with the exception of communism.
Communism as philosophy, as an idea is on far left, as the realization of it most likely will end up in far right.
Any idea taken to the extreme becomes corrupting and corrupted.

In terms of political science, you're right about communism and fascism. Liberal and conservative actually have nothing whatsoever to do with any specific political leanings. A conservative is merely a supporter of the status quo while a liberal is a progressive. In an established socialist state, the right wing types would be the liberals. Americans use these terms incorrectly because Americans by and large know very little about political science. They just think they do. This combination makes them easy to decieve and even easier to control.

Far left can be Socialism as well as Communism, depending on the style of leadership.
Far right can be considered as Fascism in the presence of a dictatorship.
Some believe the philosophy right of right is Libertarianism.
It's just not quite as simple as you've described.

Very little of it is accurate because you mix economic systems with types of government.
I know that this is oversimplified but it makes it easy to see the differences...
Types of government...
Monarchy---Government managed by the traditional Royal family. No checks and balances except as Royal Family wishes.
Parlament---Usually two branches of government, one elected House of Commons), one chosen some other way, (the House of Lords). Some checks and balances as legislation must be approved by both houses.
Dictatorship---Government is managed by whoever is the strongest. No checks and balances except the threat of force.
Democracy---People vote on eveything. (Works with small groups but if the group is too large chaos results because decisions are difficult to make). So many peole checking and balancing that nothing gets done.
Republic---Certain people manage the government. (The government will reflect the will of those who govern.
Democratic Republic---The people elect those who manage the government. The will of the people is reflected in those who are elected. All people, including those who govern, are subject to the laws of the land.
Lastly for a reason...Fascism---The government owns ost things but tries to control the economic system along with the communications of the people. Perhaps 1984 is a better anogy.
Types of economic system...
Communism---Everybody owns everything. (Think communes, man.) Your comfort is not tied to your productivity.
Socialism---The government owns things and allows the people the use of them. Your comfort is not tied to your productivity.
Fuedalism---A form of Socialism where the King owns everything and allows you to use the land. He gets taxes from you and you get protection. Your comfort is tied to the will of the King as long as you are productive. A good economic system in a high threat environment. (Think of modern day African Warlords)
Capitalism---The people get to keep whatever they legitimately produce. The more productive they are the more comfortable their life becomes.
The problem with all economic systems is basic Human Nature.
1.With Communism and Socialism and , probably Fuedalism, productive people are not necessarily rewarded for their productivity and human nature will cause most of them to see no benefit to their increased productivity. (Why bother?)
2. With Capitalism human nature will cause people to be more productive in order to increase their comfort. Human nature rears its ugly head again when people take a "Mine, mine, all mine". attitude.
What is best is a system of mostly Capitalism with a little socialism for those who can't help themselves and nothing for those who won't help themselves.
"The best government is the least government."

far left: libertarian
Based on our political system, communism isn't very liberal or conservative. It's economically liberal and socially conservative.

Technically far left could be equally facist. Hitler's Nazi party (Nationalist socialism) combined elements of both lunatic fringe movements.
