why are some public bathrooms un sanitary?

why are there tissues in the toilet? why aren't those who usualy clean bath rooms check if something is wrong hourly?

Gosh, in the good old days (1960's) my family used to travel in the car a lot, and the "filling station" bathrooms made outhouses look downright inviting! My parents had to go check the bathrooms to make sure that the kids (me and siblings) could use them!

I don't think it's a new thing. The only thing keeing a bathroom clean is the attentiveness of the owner.

Everyone hates to clean a bathroom and some do not clean it properly cause they are afraid of germs these days. Sometimes the equipment to clean at the moment is not always available. People should report to owners of establishment the condition so they will clean it, but many don't and just talk about them. If the public restrooms is not checked often, then no one is getting paid to do the job or no one is available period. Unsanitary bathrooms should never be used unless it is an emergency.

I don't know much about mens rooms but I can tell you that women are disgusting! Most girls don't want to sit on the seat so they try to hover over it and then they pee on the seat. THis isn't that bad if they would just clean up after themsleves. The other thought is that they are tired of cleaning up after their husbands and boyfriends and kids at home so they take the opportunity to leave the mess for soemone else.

I heard a solid comedian tale approximately people chatting with stallmates. some thing like this: i replace into sitting on the lavatory, while the guy in the stall next to me says "Hows it going" slightly unusual, i spoke back "extraordinarily solid" Then he says "so what ya doin?" Getting kinda apprehensive now "not a lot" Then he asks, "am i able to come over?" because that would require a lot of work and a lot of work means a lot to pay for that work so insead of paying for the cleaner to do it hourly like they probably should it is done nightly or in some cases weekly

Budget cutbacks everywhere. Just not enough people to clean all the time....and some people are dirty pigs in public restrooms.
