I can live without TV for sure - can find anything of consequence on the internet - can even download some TV shows now.

If I would have to make a choice, I would say TV. I have relatives and friends all over the United States. I have pen pals in other countries even. The internet allows us to keep in touch, the TV does not.
Thankfully, I don't have to make that choice for now because I like both. :-) What about you?

TV. There's never anything but reruns most of the time. When they make a big deal out of -one- "all new episode," they've already revved up the handbasket for that final stop!

probably the internet, although you can watch tv shows/movies almost now online so I guess it would work both ways.
