Well both have decent matchups as they are facing each other but I would actually go Leon Washington.
Droughns has had a balky shoulder all year long which, along with the loss of LeCharles Bentley, has limited his production. I would say that Frye will be targeting Edwards and Winslow rather than attempt running the ball. I've heard (though I'm not positive) that rookie Jerome Harrison may get some looks at RB this week.
Washington is still a question mark in my books but he's been on a roll so he's a must play. He won't get TDs with Barlow goal line guzzling but he's still the guy to play.

I'd start Washington. Droughns hasn't run well all year.
