i don't think so,
they tried that in Arizona.
but then again the sheriff is kinda odd
he's really strict though, in the summer he has the inmates sleep outside in tents and eat green bologna.
don't do bad things in maricopa county, Arizona!

No. People will continue to commit crimes. period. The death penality doesn't decrease murders or deter someone from committing a murder. Nor does any other crime. A person will commit a crime regardless of the punishment.

No clothes would be better as it reduces violence that is why in some mental institutions they put the inmates into PJs.
