Yes, white people rely on developing "white" social skills because they know that in the USA, the best jobs are being occupied by white people, and they got to the top by having "whitie" skills. White people don't need to be sensitive to other ethnic groups to find work. But other ethnic groups need to learn and be fake to mimick the "white" social order to get a job. That is why white people don't rely on getting good grades through school, they don't need that as much as having white social skills. That is why chinese born asians who cling to good grades and yellow culture will have difficulty in finding a job when it is offered by whitie. So many yellows start their own business to avoid asking one from whitie which he will never get anyway. White man sucks. Go al cada, kill whitie americans.

my background. two years of law. accounting degree, business degree, and have had many experiences being at the reciever end of the racist white man in business, social settings, employment

Your comment is dripping with prejudice and racism.

White people don't have to develop white skills, they grow up with them.
And considering that African Americans make up 10% of society, they certainly should have plenty of opportunity to develop the same social skills by observing the 70% around them. The problem has been that too many "blacks" have the idea that learning the same skills that will help them get good jobs will turn them into an Oreo cookie. Black on the outside and white on the inside. Not true.

If I went to France and wanted to get a good job, do you think I would get it by refusing to learn French or to blend in with French society? I doubt it. For blacks to refuse to learn the social skills they need to get the better paying jobs is pure folly. They wouldn't have to give up their character or their family traditions. They just need to learn acceptable traits. And they have to lose the "attitude" some "blacks" like to hang onto. How do you think people like Colin Powell, or Morgan Freeman, or Denzel Washington, or Bill Cosby, or William Raspberry got to be the people they are? They worked hard, studied hard and didn't let social differences get them down. I am certain they all heard some racial crap when they were growing up. (Not from me) But they chose to ignore it and rise above it and by doing so they succeeded.
To your credit you at least mention one other racial group that you feel is also mistreated by "whitie". To your discredit, you can't spell very well and you weren't smart enough to use the spell checker.

Also, rooting for someone to "kill whitie Americans" is not going to get you a job in my business either. Lose the ghetto mentality or you will never get the job you think you deserve.

One more thing. The only "black" people in America are the ones who have recently come from African countries. All of the African Americans in America have by now been diluted and polluted with "whities" DNA. Thanks to the nasty old plantation owners who used and abused the "black" African women prior to the civil war. The African Americans have had enough generations since then to spread old whities blood to every generation of African Americans. Sorry to have to tell you but that means they are no longer "blacks". They are now "brown people".

I know, because a minister from Ethiopia came to my church once to speak about his life there. And that man was truly black. It was amazing! He was as black as my best dress shoes and he was a noble person, a man of character and one who I would risk my life to save from a burning building if need be.

I hope you get a good break in the near future, I really do.
And I hope you meet some decent "whities" like the ones I know. They just might give you a reason to change your mind.

Oh my what a statement. I work in a highly african american area of Atlanta (see the fact that I stated african american tells you I am not "trained" as a white). I have (putting it this way because of your statements) worked with many black people and found most to be great co-workers. Some take the attitude that their color has held them back, and in many cases that is true, we just had that happen at work with a black senior worker turned down for a promotion and a white got the job,,,UNION JOB. Yes I have seen what you are talking about but please understand that I personally (a white female) have been turned down for a job because of the need for a ratio of white to black. The woman who got my job was not only about the dumbest person I have ever met but had a lousy attendance record. Please do not judge color or race...It is our society...be careful because there will always be another group coming up saying they are "challenged" and they may get your job.

Well for the reason that you requested. First, shrink spending on social welfare methods, cut back govt employees sizes, make govt pension plans, coverage, and salary charges very similar to the ones within the individual sector, reduce off all overseas aide to all nations that exhibit the slightest aggression in the direction of the US and reduce all of the others in part, pull out if the UN (so much of it investment is paid for by means of the US), ban all lobbiest, give up all tax favors. Step one on my own might be a gigantic economic system booster seeing that that traders and such might see that the US is critical approximately getting its budget in right order. Second, shrink company tax charges and payroll taxes. Want industry to develop, allow them to maintain extra in their possess cash. Third, get rid of specific curiosity have an impact on. That method not more affirmative movement, not more loopy baseless EPA laws (one of the laws are wanted nonetheless they've long past a bit nuts in recent times), No extra unions, not more loopy allows, and not more unlawful hard work. This will make it less difficult to begin up, run, and hold a industry. These laws do not cater to colossal industry, they prefer all of the hoops, tax breaks, and such due to the fact that it makes it more difficult for small firms to compete with them. Small firms are what developed this nation used to be developed on. All we must do is make it a degree gambling area. Liberals love the notion of a degree gambling area so make it occur.

I find it hard to believe that you have a GED let alone a college degree. Your grammar sucks... Anyways, white people have the personalities to go along with the book smarts. Why would someone hire an asian who has a strong accent or a black person who can't be understood? This is America where the national language is English. I know that English is hated by most of the people you talk about but it is the language of the USA and of the business world. Thanks for the moronic question, gave me a good laugh and reminded me that I am glad I am white.

No one want to hire or work with anyone with an attitude like that, even if they are qualified for the job.

I agree with Epic.... hard to convince me that you have some intellectual superiority with the grammar ans spelling that you have displayed here.

By the way, how long have you been a racist? Maybe if you didn't walk around with that chip on your shoulder, people would give you more consideration.
