What a stupid question. Of course we are!
Even though we are foreigners, we can still spell better than Americans, our grammar is way better, and we definitely have much more common sense!

Stupidity starts early:

Most of it is because American kids consider it "cool" to be a dumbass. Otherwise they are "nerds". Kids learn to "turn off" their brains at an early age so they would look "cool", and when they finaly grow up, its pretty hard to get them working again, and most don't. In Europe, no one would talk to you if you are stupid. They know it's a good thing to be smart.
Another example is the school system here. If you do all the assignments, regardless of weather you actualy did them yourself or had someone else do them for you, you can fly through school and land straight in the best college. Test scores (which is how you know if you've actualy learned anything or not)
don't matter because of some stupid kids that get "nervous" on tests and don't do well. In Europe, however, what matters is how much of the information sinked in. They make sure you know what you need to know before they let you pass.
These kinds of things reflect on people later, when they are much older. They learn to only follow directions, and not question anything because the zombification started way back in school. They have brains, but no idea how to use them. Luckily, Europeans do. And so do all other people who are not American. America is the dumbest country in the world, and it will be us, foreigners who rise up and save it.

So now you've got all these full-grown adults who believe everything they say on the news, ("well its the news, so it must be true. Duuuuuuh.") and have no idea what's really going on in the world. The rest of the world is also more advanced in medicine. I always have to buy my medicine from my home country, because it is much easier and way cheaper I had to pay 200 bucks here for a simple cough syrup that I got for $50(including shipping & handling) from Europe!Wtf?

Really, I can go on and on about this stuff, but there's too many to list here. These are just some examples.

Is there any data or information to support that one way or another? Or just going off Opinion? Seeing how Europeans have higher levels of reading skills, generally speak more than one language (Unless they are British), I would say Europeans are likely Smarter, but not as interesting or industrious as Americans, Mexicans or Canadians.

Yes, I have been to the USA and Europe and in my opinion, many Americans are ignorant and know absolutely nothing about any other country other than their own. Quite often they know nothing about their own country. Probably 5% of Americans can find Iraq on the map. Without labeling, the sad truth is that many Americans cannot even point out where canada is!
