An interested party wants to buy something that I auctioned, but he will only pay using western union money trafnsfer and he will not release the Test and Answer till I ship out the part to him. Is this the norm for overseas dealing with auctions?

They are trying to scam you.

Do not ship them anything until you have the cash in your hand.

Stop dealing with these jokers. You are wasting your time because they are not going to pay you.

I do not believe so. You can always go through escrow.com that way there is a middle man. And you are both guaranteed to get the product and/or money. Be careful of scams. There are also alot of fake money orders being sent..ALWAYS make sure with your bank it is ligit before sending the product.

no this is not the norm..esp pls check his address..should be from nigeria..

usually we would ask for PAYPAL

always remember..you had received $ then you shipped over.

this is true even when I purchased from overseas ebay
