A priest can marry you. There is no reason one can not. I was married at 21 divorced at 23 and then remarried many many years later by a PRIEST in a lovely seaside ceremony. I wasn't a member of the church whose priest married me either. You don't need to have your first marriage annulled. Hell I know people married 3 or 4 times by priests but what is the difference if its a priest or a justice of the peace. A marriage is a marriage a symbol of your undying love and commitment to one another.

Nope, you cannot, most likely -- you will HAVE to talk to a priest to make sure. It will depend on lots of circumstances in the FIRST wedding. I am assuming you are talking a Catholic wedding (you said priest).
If the first marriage met the conditions of a Catholic marriage, then that first marriage will have to be annulled. There are two kinds of annulments: one of form (which is legalese and doesn't take very long) and one of condition (you will have to answer LOTS of questions after deciding on a factor as to why the marriage didn't really "qualify" as a Sacrament from the inception.) The second type of annulment is quite a bit more lengthy and drawn out, as it requires you, your ex and several witnesses to answer many questions about your relationship before and at the marriage ceremony.

If you were married in the Catholic church the first time, then you would have to have the marriage annuled in order to do it again. Because of your young age and the short length of your first marriage, it would be easy to obtain an annulment.
If you were not married in the Catholic Church the first time, then yes, you can this time.
Good luck with your marriage and your new baby!

In the Catholic church: If you were married in a Catholic church for your first marriage, you'll need to have the first marriage annulled before you can get married in the church again. If you're Catholic, but your first wedding wasn't in a Catholic church, then you can get married in a Catholic church.
