Yes, the earliest air conditioners were built at this time. They were called IceVendors and were only available to the very wealthy, although soon after another called CoolClimate was made that was more cost effective

No, I don't think there wasn't even in door pluming in 1903! My grandmother didn't have it and she was born in 1925.
