Yes you need to see your Doctor. I would not take any unprofessional advice on here.

It sounds like you may have blacked out momentarily. How are you feeling now? You need to evaluate why this could have happened. do you have some medical condition that could have caused it? What did you eat today, is there a possibility of food poisoning? Did you not eat at all and you blood sugar levels may be messed up? Did you have some sort of accident where you hit your head? Drugs? Try to figure out if there is some solid explanation, then you may need to be checked out by a doctor. Try an urgent care center that has late hours. Tell the doc what happened and if you think you have some sort of explanation as to why. Blacking out is not normal and may need to be taken seriously, especially if you can't come to a logical explanation as to why it occurred.

I am not at all medically trained and it must be scary to say the least. You need to see your GP, it may be something really silly, if not however the sooner you find out the better.
I wish you well and please do it first thing Monday, dont delay until the scary feeling has lessened as you may convince yourself not to bother. You could always telephone NHS they will refer you to hospital or GP probably but worth a go.
Look after yourself, health and well being is paramount.

no, you didn't loose conciousness, because if you did you would just remember waking up on the floor! I felt like this in my teens, and it went away. They are dizzy spells - lie down (if you can!) and putt feet up - it will go away quickly. Go to GP to get checked out, as there are loads of reasons why it might happen - but probably nothing to worry about.

I get that occasionally. For me it's a combo of low blood pressure and mild anemia. It's really bad if I haven't eaten enough. But it might be something else for you. You visit your doctor and tell her about it. Get a complete check up including testing your iron and blood sugar levels. Make sure you get some straight answers out of your doctor. Then take good care of your health. Don't skip meals and all that. Good luck!

Could be a number of things. We are not doctors but we care. Get to a GP as soon as you can to explain and get advice or medication.
Try not to worry though I'm sure the explanation will be fine and you will be OK

You may have had low blood sugar, or some kind of virus. I which case, eat well, sleep well and you'll be fine. If it happens again go to the doctor
