X- Woman with Turners Syndrome(Girls who never reach puberty)
XXY- Man with Kleinfelters Syndrome(Boys who have little or no puberty) they also may come out phycotic
XXX- it is what you would call a SuperWoman
Y- The fetus dies

You cannot determine the sex of a person with just one x chromosome.

It depends. It could be a man or woman. A woman must have two X chromosomes and man must have atleast on X chromosome..... I think.

If they have only one X chromosome they will be a female with turner's syndrome.
