There are two questions here.

(1) Reverend (abbreviated to Rev.) Father is a respectful way of addressing a Roman Catholic priest.

(2) This is a dopey question. Firstly, not all Europeans speak English. Secondly, Europeans who have English as a first language (a.k.a. Britons) call a house a "house". We call an apartment a "flat".

Try and educate yourself, because your level of ignorance embarrasses me, and I don't even know you.
