I think you have to do something not bad enough to go to hell but worse than is acceptable in heaven, or maybe when you die you are really holding on to something that is on earth. a lover or a secret or something like that, so you cannot quite separate you self from your physical state

I think that when you die some spirits a re stuck here for various reasons and are't able to move over.. I saw Silent Hill and it was scary but a little confusing I must admit

No one knows how you become a ghost. None of us are ghosts.
Yes, I've seen Silent Hill. It's just a movie thats made from a video game. And no, it's not really that scarey. I've seen alot scarier.

I used to have something to do that temporarily.Unfortunately I lost them. Maybe someone will come and get you or just take your place for awhile? Sorry, can't help you otherwise. You should be patient though. I understand suicides are punished into servitude. One girl I knew became a junk yard dog.

Astral Projection (OBE). Astral bodies of people who are already deceased and of those who are still alive but just asleep and "dreaming" are what seem to be considered ghosts by most people.
