what to wear with a black mini skirt?

i have a black mini skirt that i want to wear for halloween but it is going to be really cold out and i still want to be able to wear it. i was thinking of wearing thigh highs but it will look too slutty and i dont want to wear the footless leggings nor regular tights. does anyone have suggestions as to what kind of stockings i could wear or any other alternative that i would look not freeze yet look good in?

im going for a PROVOCATIVE, not slutty look

I certainly hope you are old enough NOT to go trick or treating. I am curious to know what you will be doing outside on a cold night wearing a mini skirt. Other ideas to keep your legs warm would include wrapping each leg with that material one would use if you sprained an arm or leg. You didn't have anything against long underwear if the other is not an option. Of course my other ideas and perhaps more sensible would include to wear a full length coat or wear the tights and take them off when you are inside. One more thought, what about leg warmers...the kind dancers use. Other than that, I think you are out of options.

I always wear very sheer black stockings and a black or red garter belt on halloween. The secret is to make sure you wear your stockings long enough, and a garter belt gives them a classier look than just the thi high hold ups because it ties them to the costume. Very short stockings or fishnet stockings usually look slutty. Very sheer stockings look very classy when worn high on the thigh with a garter belt. It looks best when the stockings just peek out a bit when you move around.

I am a professional and have worn my stockings with Halloween outfits to office parties many times, and there have been no problems. I have been a nun, french maid, cop, pirate, witch, and robot.

If you are shy, wear sheer to waist pantyhose under the stockings, but if you are in good shape there is no need to unless you are wworried about the cold, but most parties are inside anayway.

Always wear sheer black stockings and a garter belt. The sheerer the better, because they look more classy when they are sheer. They are so much classier than the hold ups or fish nets. Wear them pretty high on your legs and they will not look cheap, I have work in a conservative office and have even worn them to the office parties and have had no repercussions for being too provocative. They are very hot, and can be done in a really classy way .

Fishnet stocking.
If you really want to keep warm you can wear a nude stocking underneath the fishnet stockings.
You can wear thigh-highs too, just pick some with a pattern or color that will give it more of a funky look instead.

What about fishnets over another flesh colored stockings? It wouldn't be too slutty, but the light layers will add warmth. Might not be the most comfortable, but with boots it would be kick-***. Have fun!

I think you can wear these. If you wear them with black heels (like the picture), it looks like knee-high boots, and they are completely solid in the front.

If you have knee-high boots you can wear those instead

hmm my gf did this once she put a black mini skirt with those long tights or leggins wateva they called and a black shirt and cat ears and made her face like a cat she wore like this black shirt or sumthin she was hot man i wish i hadnt broke up with her now......
