I dont really understand what your asking.. do you mean defining? or designing...? ill have a go,
culture describes the personality of the society, and to be sucessful in marketing you need to understand all aspects of a countries culture. When thinking about price place promotion you need to be careful not to offend anyone or to discriminate anyone. Other reguations may also be imposed, and especially in other countries. Overseas many countries have bans on advertising certain products such as sweets to children and tabacco and alcohol, although the UK does not have that ban there are some restrictions. Looking into depth into subcultures may also be an issue, such as language barriers, and religious beliefs. Socioculture is also another aspect of this which includes peoples class and preferences, which also alters the marketing mix by changing price, place, product and promtion to suit different audiences, such as walkers crisps being shown on a bus stop, and the walkers sensations variety being shown on television between question time and the news (just a fun example). Obviously if our doing this for an essay you will need to do lots more investigation but i hope this gave you a start.
