Sorry, Jess. I never had a 13th birthday party. in fact, I only had two birthday parties in my life: one when I was 1 and the other time when I turned 21. Never had a sweet 16 one, either. That just the way it is.
My best suggestion is to get your best friend(s) over and have a sleepover with them. Go to the movies or-better yet-since it is around Halloween, have them pick their favorite horror movie or any horror movie they would like to see-only with friend around-and order take-out.
It may not be much, but, so far, that is better then nothing.

Have a party, and choose some of your closest friends to sleepover and go to the movies and have some pizza ummm.. I dunno just go wild and have fun. Hope you end up having a great B-Day
