Hard to say really. While Lucifer is really evil{same as Bushy}, Bozo is really stupid {same as Bushy} I think I'd have to go with Lucifer though...at least Bozo was right every once in awhile. Too bad Bushy doesn't know his horns from his pitchfork though..that must REALLY hurt.

Oh my God!!! I love this question...I have been sitting here debating it for about 5 minutes. My first instinct was to answer Lucifer, but then again, I don't think he's that smart...maybe Bozo...well, no, he sure is awfully evil...Lucifer!...no, he really is a moronic dumbass...Bozo!
