According to what I've read it's a silent epidemic....and it's out of control

For some reason no one is talking about it even though it is taking over some towns and families.

I am originally from the Arkansas Ozarks. Meth is a horrible problem there. Little towns and villages that had no crime at all 15 years ago are now battling monetary crimes, violent assaults, domestic violence, break and enters, and then there are the hundreds of neglected and abused children of meth addicts. Everyone in those hills is either related to or knows well someone who has gotten tangled up in the evil web of meth. The quiet beautiful, friendly Ozarks that I remember is no more because of meth.

No, it means that the media has a hold of it and wants you to be scared and stay in your house. Don't believe everything you see on TV. TV is selling you something too.

No it means the networks need ratings and a good drug story might get people away from the Internet.

Doesn't seem to be working - we are all still here.

It's either the problem is getting worse or the media is covering it better and sensationalizing it.
