I have been searching for some information on it and cannot find anything on the internet or in books at book stores. Does anyone have information on how to do this?

I've not seen these pieces, but I wouldn't try the stained glass techniques mentioned above. I do stained glass and the foil used needs to hardened with soldier which would be lousy for jewelry work.

Instead, you could pierce each piece and string them together, or let them dangle like charms. You'll need a diamond bit to drill them, and a proper ceramics grinder to edge them.

You could also start with a metal cuff bracelet and then epoxy the pieces to this base.

You could also embed them in clear acrylic and just let them "float" in the plastic.

There are a few ideas...

i don't think so.
you need to experiment.
i think that you can use the same techniques that they use for stained glass to mount your pieces and you need to use a grinder to shape your pieces.you need to take the neccessary safety precautions as this can be dangerous
hope that this helps.
God bless,
