I've made papier mache heads, and I want to paint them so they stand out in the dark (this is for Halloween, of course). Any ideas?

Also, I'm a little worried that the newsprint will show through the paint. Would love tips on how to handle that.

Also, any hints for how to store them if I want to use them next year? Thanks!
